1. General Information
We ship our products worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped from Germany. The delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, and unforeseen delays.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Providers & Tracking
We work with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Chateau Galore is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Some countries may have restrictions on specific products; please check local regulations before placing an order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at hello@chateaugalore.com within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
